My name is David Vasquez, and I am the founder of FTS. Our community was created to support homeschool students who may not always have access to the benefits of physical education. Throughout our monthly programs, students have the opportunity to exercise, socialize, and play with their peers in a fun and engaging outdoor setting. We are dedicated to promoting academic enrichment through a variety of physical activities and sports. We believe that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind, and our programs are designed to complement and support the academic development of students. As an advocate for a healthy lifestyle, my mission is to impact as many lives as possible by helping people make movement a part of their everyday life. Exercise should be something we look forward to, not just another chore. Our bodies are a gift and a temple, and we have a responsibility to take care of them. Above all, the human body is one of God’s most incredible creations, and we should honor it by caring for it, staying active is a start!​
