What happens if it rains?

 

If weather conditions are unsafe, class will be canceled or rescheduled to Friday from 9:30AM-11:00AM

 

Do parents need to stay during the session?

 

Parents are welcome to stay, but it’s not required. You may drop off your child and pick them up once the session ends.

 

What should my child bring?

 

Comfortable athletic clothes, sneakers, and a water bottle. We’ll provide all equipment needed for activities.

 

What ages do you accept?

 

Our program is designed for children ages 5–15.

 

How long is each session?

 

Each session runs for 1 hour and 30 minutes and includes warm-ups, activities, and a cool-down.

 

What happens if my child misses a class?

 

We offer make-up options when possible. Please contact us in advance if your child will be absent.

 

Do you offer sibling discounts?

 

At this time, we do not offer sibling discounts.

Is prior sports experience required?

 

Not at all. Our program is open to all fitness levels and focuses on fun, skill-building, and teamwork.

How do I register?

 

You can register online through our booking system under the registration tab or contact us directly via email or phone.

Can I use the Step Up Scholarship to enroll my child in the program?
 

Yes! Our program is a registered Step Up provider under For The Students, so you can use your Step Up Scholarship to cover tuition.

When are the classes held?

How do I know if payment is complete?

 

Once payment is received, you’ll get a confirmation email. We also keep track in our system for your records.

 

Refund Policy

Before the Program Start Date

  • Full refund available if requested at least 7 days before the first class.

​

After the Program Start Date

  • If your child attends 1 class or less → Eligible for a 50% refund.

  • After the second class → No refunds will be issued (spots and resources are already allocated).

​

Medical Exceptions

  • Refunds or credits may be considered if your child cannot participate due to a documented medical reason.
